About Studio Novare

Studio Novare was founded by Nimisha Sheth and Simeen Colabawalla — friends for more than thirty years, and lifelong fitness enthusiasts.
We built the studio we'd always wanted to train in. Equipped to teach the method, not just a workout. Quiet enough that the room does some of the work.
Taking our love for fitness and creating a space for holistic experience, mind-body connection and overall well-being of everyone who trains with us.
Come experience a form of Movement Therapy in a beautiful and energising space

Gyrotonic Instructor
Varsha Bansal

Varsha first encountered Gyrotonic at the Martha Graham School in New York, where dance training demands coordinated movement, deep core strength, and articulation through the spine and hips.
The freedom it brought to her practice led her to study under master trainers, teaching dancers and non-dancers alike. She returned to India to share the practice with her own community.
